Fine Arts Major Advisement Schedule for March - May 2008
***All FA majors have a mandatory advisement requirement. In order to get D-clearance and/or register for Fall 2008 classes, you MUST make an appointment and come in for advisement!***
Declared Fine Arts majors will be advised by Christina Aumann (last names A-K) or Antonio Bartolome (last names L-Z) during the following time periods according to class standing. Class standing is based on number of units completed and does not include current enrollment. To find out your class standing, check your current STARS report (available at https://my.usc.edu/, go to OASIS, then click on "STARS Report".) Beginning March 14th, 2008, you may find out your web registration time online: https://my.usc.edu/, go to OASIS, then click on "permit to register." This is the same day the Fall 2008 Schedule of Classes will be available on-line at www.usc.edu/soc

To schedule an appointment, please go to https://my.usc.edu/, and look for the Advisement tab. Only Undergraduate students can schedule available appointments ONLINE with Christina Aumann (last names A-K and all MFA grads) or Antonio Bartolome (last names L-Z and all MPAS grads). Graduate students have to either call or email the advisros directly. You can schedule your appointment on-line up to two weeks in advance. It is mandatory for ALL students to bring a current printout of their STARS report to their advisement appointment. This is available at https://my.usc.edu/, go to OASIS, then click on "STARS Report".
Remember to sign up early during your class-standing advisement week. Please keep the appointment you make, and arrive ON TIME. Call us ASAP if you are running late or need to cancel. We also recommend reviewing 'How to Prepare and Register for Next Semester' prior to your advisement appointment.
*Seniors: If your STARS report has the message, "All requirements completed, in progress courses used," and you are not planning to register for any courses next term, you DO NOT need to come in for advisement. You just need to successfully complete your current enrollment!
